Digital Stethoscope 3M™ Littmann® CORE
The digital stethoscope 3M™ Littmann® CORE enables digital amplification of heart, lung, and other body sounds. Unlike traditional devices, it allows for electronic sound amplification, which can be adjusted using the volume control.

This stethoscope is designed for professional and clinical use on both pediatric and adult patients and provides the following features:
- Bluetooth connection to Eko software: Easily connect to Eko software via Bluetooth. The software allows you to record sounds for 15, 30, 60, or 120 seconds, view real-time cardiac sound waves, analyze and share recordings for telemedicine monitoring. The Eko app is available for iOS and Android devices.
- Active noise cancellation: Reduces unwanted background noise, ensuring more reliable auscultation.
- Dual auscultation mode: Switch from analog mode to amplified mode by pressing a button on the device.
- Usable with adult and pediatric patients: Thanks to the two floating diaphragms, you can hear high and low-frequency sounds simply by adjusting the pressure on the head.
- Up to 40x amplification: Based on a comparison between analog listening and electronically amplified listening at peak frequency (125 Hz). Volume can be adjusted using buttons on the CORE side.
