TM2440 – Main features
- Automatic program with fixed measuring interval for all monitoring;
- Division from 2 to 6 measurement periods with intervals that can be set between 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, 120 minutes (OFF option to exclude measurements in one or more selected periods);
- Automatic program with selectable periods and intervals and setting the start time of monitoring and duration up to a maximum of 27 hours.
Cardiac arrhythmia indication – Atrial Fibrillation screening
A special algorithm for the indication of cardiac arrhythmia (IHB) allows, with validated precision1, to carry out the screening of Atrial Fibrillation on the single measurement, during dynamic monitoring.
Oscillometric algorithm
The new oscillometric algorithm developed by A&D allows the automatic adjustment of the correct cuff pressure,the deflation speed and the end of the measurement, together with noise rejection and impulse correction for faster detections.
Data analysis
The values measured and stored by the TM2440 can be transferred and analyzed by the ARIeS data management software, operating in a Windows environment and created in accordance with the directives of the Italian Society of Arterial Hypertension and the European Society of Arterial Hypertension.
